Optional add-ons may include extra playtime or longer walks, depending on availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a full service charge.

Same-day cancellations may incur the full fee unless due to emergency or illness.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is free if notice is given in time.

4. Liability and Insurance

We take every precaution to ensure your dog’s safety and wellbeing.

However, we are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during walks.

We carry full Public Liability Insurance to protect dogs, clients, and third parties during services.

5. Risk Assessment and Safety

We complete a full risk assessment for all walking routes and group pairings.

Dogs are never walked off-lead without express written permission.

Dogs showing signs of distress, aggression, or illness will be managed appropriately and owners will be contacted immediately.

6. Emergency Procedures

In case of an emergency (injury, illness, lost dog), we will contact you immediately.

If you are unreachable, we will act in your dog's best interest, including seeking veterinary care if necessary.

Emergency contact details and your preferred veterinary practice must be provided at registration.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding their dog’s health, behavior, and needs.

Dogs must wear a secure collar/harness and ID tag.

Clients are responsible for keeping vaccinations, flea treatments, and worming up to date.
